01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Snap2Cover website, accounts, text messages and related services. By using any part of the service, a visitor agrees to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Anyone who does not agree should not use the service.

02What Snap2Cover provides

Snap2Cover offers a simpler starting point for exploring auto and home insurance options. The service collects a coverage choice and a mobile number, then sends a secure link so the visitor can continue through a connected provider process.

Snap2Cover is not an insurance company and does not issue, bind or underwrite policies. Any quote, policy or coverage decision comes from a licensed insurer or agent under its own terms.

03Eligibility and accounts

To use the service, a person must:

• Be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States
• Provide information that is accurate, current and complete
• Keep account login details private and secure
• Accept responsibility for activity that happens under their account

Snap2Cover may suspend or close an account that appears to be used improperly or that relies on false information.

04No guarantee of quotes or coverage

Starting a request does not guarantee a quote, an offer, a price or a policy. Availability, eligibility, pricing and coverage depend on provider requirements and underwriting. Coverage begins only when an authorized insurer or agent confirms that a policy has been issued and any required conditions are met.

05Text messages

When a visitor agrees to receive text messages, Snap2Cover may send messages connected to their request and, where separately agreed, promotional messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP opts out and replying HELP returns assistance. Full details appear in the SMS Terms.

06Acceptable use

Visitors agree not to:

• Submit information about another person without permission
• Interfere with, probe or disrupt the website or its security
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the service
• Send sensitive documents such as a driver's license through ordinary text messages
• Use the service for anything unlawful or misleading

07Third party providers and links

The service may connect visitors with insurers, agents or other providers, and may link to outside websites. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Snap2Cover is not responsible for their content, decisions or services.

08Intellectual property

The Snap2Cover name, logo, design, text and graphics belong to Snap2Cover or its licensors. They may not be copied, changed or reused without written permission, apart from ordinary personal viewing of the website.

09Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Information on the website is general in nature and is not legal, financial or insurance advice. Snap2Cover does not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snap2Cover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made by insurers, agents or other providers.

11Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for matters that qualify for small claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Snap2Cover maintains its principal place of business.

12Changes to these terms

Snap2Cover may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
